Light is essential to all human beings. In the dark, we use light to see things. Before 1879, people used fire to see in the dark. In 1879, light bulb was created by Tomas Edison. Light bulb is a glass bulb that is inserted into a lamp or a socket in a ceiling, which provides light by passing an electric current through a filament or a pocket of inert gas. As time passes, better light bulbs were invented. Compact fluorescent lamp light bulb, in a short term, CFL light bulb which is an energy-efficient light bulb. CFL light bulbs were used a lot because it was more energy-efficient than normal light bulbs. There are different types of light bulbs other than just CFL light bulb. For example, LED light bulb, candelabra light bulb, halogen light bulb, etc. CFL light bulb is made out of various types of materials, such as copper, lead, tungsten, mercury, zinc, and etc.
